Because Your Wellbeing Is Very Important!

These sessions are all about prioritising you. In a world that often feels full of demands, making dedicated time for your wellbeing is more important than ever. It’s an opportunity to step outside of the ordinary and dive deep into your holistic wellbeing – mind, body and spirit – guided by your unique astrological blueprint. 

The goal is simple. If you already have one: refine, add elements and improve your Wellbeing Recipe. If you don’t, to start building one consciously and supporting it at every level of awareness.

These sessions incorporate techniques like hypnosis and guided meditation, but they are not hypnotherapy or indeed therapy of any kind. While there are frequently healing and therapeutic benefits, the sessions are not designed to address conditions that require a specific psychological or therapeutic intervention or treatment.

What I share and teach are the practices that have formed my own Wellbeing Recipe and the I have found useful in helping clients for over 20 years. What To Expect

Each session is designed to guide you through a richly layered experience, tailored specifically to your astrological framework. The duration is 2.5 hours and if this feels luxuriously long then you’re right! This is the chance to create a magical time and space outside of everyday life to focus on your wellbeing holistically. While the content is tailored to you, sessions always keep to the following core structure:

 

1. Tea Meditation (or Alternative)

We begin with a soothing tea meditation to ease into the session, setting the tone for relaxation and introspection. Don’t love tea? No problem, this can be adapted to suit your preferences. However, we never skip this section because it’s the sign and signal that we are slower things down and creating a space for wellbeing. If you don’t have time or patience for this part, then you won’t have it for the rest of the session, so this approach might not be the right choice for you at this time. 

2. The Conscious Stuff

Using insights from your astrological birth chart, we’ll delve into the thinking and ‘why’ behind your patterns, tendencies and challenges. We’ll explore the underlying themes that influence your mind, body and spirit to help you better understand yourself, where you are presently and how to navigate the path ahead. However, its about self-awareness and not self-absorption, so you won’t find me encouraging unnecessary complexity or excessive and negative navel gazing.

3. Mind, Body & Spirit Strategies

Next, we move from understanding to action. We’ll explore hands-on tools and practices tailored to your unique needs. These might include seasonal living guidance, mindset strategies, meditation, movement or energy work that you can integrate into your wellbeing recipe. We will also take a close look at your relationship with the concept of play, since there is often lots of ‘low-hanging fruit’ here in terms of its positive impact on wellbeing. 

4. The Subconscious Stuff

This is the main ‘eyes closed’ part of the session. Your personal astrology again informs the focus for this deeper work, whether through hypnosis, guided meditation or shamanic journeying. This relaxing and tailored experience works to release blocks, deepen self-awareness and support lasting positive change.

These sessions are structured yet highly flexible in what you will learn and experience. I like to keep things simple and pragmatic. We will keep and focus on what works, and sideline or throw out what doesn’t for you as an individual. I have no interest in being ‘right’. This is all about your experience and your Wellbeing Recipe. 

What Is Required

To make the most of your session, here’s what you’ll need to have ready:

  • A Good, Stable Internet Connection: Since sessions are held via Zoom, a reliable internet connection is essential to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience.

  • A Quiet, Comfortable Space: Choose a location where you can relax and focus without distractions. This is your time, so make sure your space feels calm and inviting.

  • Somewhere to Recline or Lay Down: For the ‘eyes closed’ part of the session, you’ll need a comfortable place where you can recline or lay down fully. This could be a bed, couch, or even a yoga mat with some pillows and a blanket. Depending on the agreed approach for future sessions, you may need additional space for movement-based practices or a floor mat for exercises. If this applies, I’ll discuss the specifics with you ahead of time so you can prepare.

  • A Positive Outlook and Open Mind: This is your time to relax, explore and refine your Wellbeing Recipe. Bring an open mind and a willingness to embrace new ideas, approaches and possibilities. A positive outlook will help you get the most from your session.

By preparing these elements, you’ll create the ideal environment to fully immerse yourself in the session and gain the most from the experience.

How to Book

Ready to take the next step? Here’s how to secure your VIP Wellbeing Session:

1. Book Your Session Online

Use the online booking system to select your preferred date and time. Once you’ve chosen, you’ll be prompted to complete payment to confirm your booking and secure your session.

2. Complete the Client Questionnaire

After booking, you’ll receive a Client Questionnaire. Please complete and return it within 72 hours of your session. This helps me create a personalised framework for your session. This is only required for new clients or clients returning after a long time or significant changes occurring in their life.

3. Prepare for Your Session

As explained above, you will need a stable internet connection for Zoom and prepare a quiet space for both the chat and eyes closed parts of the session. Information of how to prepare for the tea meditation will be provided via email after booking. Wear comfortable clothes and create as relaxing and nurturing a space as possible for the session .

If you are a previous VIP Wellbeing client and wish to book more sessions, then you can do so for a discounted price by purchasing a 4-session package. This costs £995 (usually £1180 – save £185!) and the final sessions must be attended within 18 months of the first. To arrange ordering this package please contact me.
