Why Rebel?
Modern life is arguably so f***ked that truly taking ownership of your wellbeing with a free mind can be seen as a radical act of rebellion.
We live in a world where people are peddled foods that make them sick, over-sold medicines to “fix” what should never have been broken in the first place and pushed into lifestyles that leave them mentally and spiritually drained. For many, there is a sense that these things are getting worse generally and for them individually. The good news is that it’s never too late to inject a healthy dose of “F**k this!” energy and start reclaiming your wellbeing. There is always a better way, you just have to build the recipe that’s right for you.
Rebel Wellbeing is a magical emporium of ideas, tools and experiences for anyone sick of cookie-cutter wellness trends and one-size-fits-all solutions. Inspired by my anarchistic way of doing things, it is for those who think for themselves, who challenge both the mainstream and the alternative. Because if it doesn’t work for you, why follow it?
Rebelling here means tuning out the noise and tuning into what actually heals and nourishes your mind, body and spirit. It’s about ditching arbitrary rules that keep you trapped in cycles that don’t serve you. I don’t follow gurus, subscribe to dogmas or cling to a singular school of thought. What I do offer is what has helped me and others and if it resonates, great.
Remember, this journey is all about crafting your own unique Wellbeing Recipe. Some of it will stick, some won’t and that’s the point. Adjust as life shifts, as seasons change. Question everything, find what works for you holistically and never settle for less.
